היקף היישום
תקן זה חל על כל מוצרי מודול TFT המיוצרים על ידי XX.

תוכנית דגימה ובדיקת תנאי הסביבה
יחידת הייצור (או תהליך QC) מבצעת בדיקה מלאה לבדיקת מראה ובדיקת ביצועים חשמליים, ולמדידת גודל או בדיקה מיוחדת, הדגימה ונבדקת החלק הראשון של כל דגם 5 יחידות.
יחידת האיכות מודדת 5 יחידות עבור המדגם הראשון של כל דגם, ומאמצת את תוכנית הדגימה החד פעמית של GB / -2012 לבדיקת מראה, ורמת הבדיקה הכללית היא II.

הבוחן צריך לענוד טבעת אלקטרוסטטית ושמונה מיטות אצבעות על שתי הידיים. אם זה LCD ללא מקטב מחובר, כל האצבעות צריכות ללבוש מיטות אצבע.
הבודק יכול לבדוק או להשוות ויזואלית עם טבלת השוואת הסרטים.

המרחק בין עיני הפקח למוצר הוא 30 ~ 40 ס"מ. זווית הראייה של הבדיקה היא ± 15 מעלות על המשטח הקדמי של לוח התצוגה האנכי ו ± 45 מעלות על המשטח הקדמי של לוח התצוגה האופקי (ראה איור למטה)

טמפרטורת הסביבה: 25 ± 5 ℃

(1) הגדרת ליקויים נקודתיים הנגרמים על ידי לוחות פנימיים.
א) כתמים בהירים: נקודות בהירות בגודל קבוע מופיעות על גבי LCD תחת הדפוס השחור.
ב) נקודות כהות: בתמונות האדומות, הירוקות והכחולות הטהורות, נקודות כהות בגודל זהה מופיעות על גבי LCD.
ג) 2 נקודות סמוכות = זוג אחד = 2 נקודות.
